At SPS, in addition to litigation associated to this branch of the law, we provide counsel to Banks and Financial Institutions with regard to drafting contractual instruments for application for banking products associated to investment, savings and deposits, and contractual instruments for application for financial products, in particular, consumer and car loans, and operating and finance leasing.

We also aim at providing counsel on relationships with national supervisory bodies (Bank of Portugal and the Portuguese Securities Market Commission – CMVM), as well as with international supervisory bodies, both in connection with Regulatory law and Compliance.
