As part of the strategic management restructuring defined for 2024, SPS has made four appointments as coordinating associates:
Vera Correia, with 12 years of professional experience, joined SPS Advogados in 2019, working mainly in the areas of Debt Recovery and Insolvency, Banking and Finance.
João Lopes Silva and Liliana Diegues Moreira, both with around 8 years’ professional experience post-internship, started working as trainees at SPS Advogados in 2012, working in the areas of Litigation, Debt Recovery and Insolvency.
These three managing associates have worked as team leaders, being responsible for monitoring and managing large companies in the banking sector, providing legal advice, carrying out legal actions of various kinds, conducting audits and due diligences.
Also promoted to this category was Raquel Moreira Gomes, with 9 years of professional experience, joined SPS Advogados in 2020, where she works in the areas of Real Estate, Urban Planning and Public Law. Her experience includes advisory projects in real estate and asset construction operations in various areas, as well as regularization of real estate, analysis and monitoring of planning and urban operations, and advice on drafting, negotiating and executing contracts, including purchase and sale, leasing, contracting and real estate mediation.
This measure reflects the development and growth of SPS Advogados, with a focus on the practice areas mentioned, as well as the cohesion of its structure, based on its greatest asset inside and outside the organization, which is its people, while recognizing the work and dedication of these lawyers over several years.
