SPS Law Firm is nominated in five general categories, and six individuals, in the following areas: Banking & Finance, Insolvency & Restructuring, IP/TMT, Labour, Litigation and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Sara Henriques, partner in the Corporate and Commercial department, is nominated to IP/TMT and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Joana Ribeiro Pereira, partner in the Banking & Finance department, is nominated to Banking & Finance, Insolvency & Restructuring and Litigation.
Bárbara Ribeiro Damas, managing associate in the Labour department, is nominated to Labour and Litigation.
The 40 under Forty 2019 awards recognizes law firms, and lawyers under 40 years old, in Portugal and Spain, by its complex and creative work in relevant deals, elapsed during the past year.
The winners will be announced in the 40 under Forty ceremony, on September 26th in Madrid.
