SPS and the Association of General Agents Ageas have established a partnership in the area of Insurance Law.
The agreement aims to provide legal advice and consultancy in Insurance, Regulatory and Labor Law by SPS Advogados to AGE and its members.
This is a strategic partnership that brings together the legal vision of expertise with a response to the specific needs of members and the Association, in a market that is increasingly demanding and competitive, but also more regulated, supervised and inspected.
SPS Advogados has a department of 20 lawyers dedicated exclusively to insurance, regulatory and employment law and has over 30 years’ experience in these sectors. It represents a large percentage of the main players in the insurance sector, including AGE, which has a network of 78 exclusive general agents, with 136 branches in 107 municipalities in 18 districts of the continent.
