SPS participates on the 30th MIPIM edition (Le Marché International des Professionnels de I’immobilier), held in Cannes from 12 to 15 of march, the world’s leading property market. Representatives of investment and financial companies from over 100 countries will attending, including 40 from the world’s top 100 real estate investors.
SPS joins with Invest Lisboa, a partner of MIPIM, and will be present on Lisbon Stand, represented by the SPS partners Manuel Gibert Prates and Edmundo Batalha Reis.
This initiative will allow a global approach to the property market, and enables sharing the portuguese reality in this sector, namely on the issues focus by the SPS real estate department, such as SIGI (Sociedades de Investimento e Gestão Imobiliária) the portuguese REITs, REO (Real Estate Owned), NPL (Non-Performing Loans) and Tax Real Estate.
